This Low-NOX burner is also capable of firing #2 Fuel Oil as a backup fuel. The design is ideal for use with applications where low emissions are required and high efficiency is desired. The SBR-30 ppm burner delivers the reliability to meet today's stringent NOX emission levels, without FGR and avoiding high excess O2.
Available to < 30 ppm NOx from 31 to 400 HP and suitable for firetube, firebox, and thermal oil heaters, the VNF series features a unique aerodynamic air damper design, which permits accurate air-to-fuel settings for maximum combustion efficiency. The VNF series is available in uncontrolled and low NOx configurations, offering multi-fuel versatility to meet the toughest air quality standards.
Ultra Low-Nox, available with less than 9 PPM NOx, the NT Series burner is equipped with a center core gas stabilizer, induced Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR), and Industrial Combustion Center Core Technology. Hinged for easy access of internal components. Fuel applications include: natural gas, light fuel oil (#2, amber oil) and propane – air mix. Benefits range from reduced air pollution, fuel savings, and increased performance and reliability.
Designed around efficiency and operational simplicity, the Q series is perfect for cast iron sectional boilers, firebox, commercial watertube, firetube, furnace and oven applications. The standard Q series features linkageless operation with DC pulse width modulation and parallel positioning gas actuator control for increased efficiency and ease of use. The standard Q series comes with on/off or fully modulating Linkageless operation and burns natural gas from 0.375 to 2.5 MM BTU per hour. The totally enclosed, compact design allows for sealed combustion or fresh air intake. Outside air can easily be connected to the blower inlet without any modifications to the burner.
